Jellied salad is a beautiful, tasty and satisfying dish. This is a kind of cold appetizer that is always appropriate for both festive and everyday meals.

- Shrimps - 200 g
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Canned Corn - 1 Small Can
- Crab sticks - 1 small pack
- Adyghe cheese - 100 g
- Parsley - 1 bunch
- Dill, bay leaf, pepper, cloves - to taste
- Chicken broth - 200 g
- Gelatin - 15 g
- Salt to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Put gelatin in cold chicken broth, let it bloom, then heat the broth to about 60 degrees, do not boil.
Step 2
Boil the shrimps in salted water with the addition of dill, bay leaves, pepper, cloves. Then cool and clean.

Cut the tomatoes into 1 cm thick slices, crab sticks into small circles, Adyghe cheese into small cubes.

Lay the ingredients of the salad in layers on a dish:

- tomatoes
- put the shrimps on the tomatoes
- place corn and cheese between the tomatoes
- spread the parsley leaves on top

Carefully pour the chicken broth with gelatin over the salad, trying not to disturb the arrangement of the products so that the salad is beautiful. Put in the refrigerator until it hardens completely.
