Jellied is a delicious and beautiful dish that, if properly decorated, can look like a real work of art on your table. Aspic is made from tongue, chicken, fish, vegetables and shrimp. But for the design of this masterpiece, anything can be suitable - from classic fresh herbs to unconventional avocado or pineapple figurines.

Step 1
One of the most unusual ways is to make a jellied egg. To do this, prepare a dozen whole shells from large chicken eggs. In a raw egg, make a small hole at the sharp end, remove the contents of the egg, rinse the glass from the shell with water and dry. It is better to use a store rack for storing eggs as a stand so that the eggs do not turn over during the filling process. Fill the egg cups with gelatin broth, pieces of meat, chicken, shrimp or fish, diced carrots, peas, lingonberries and place upright in the refrigerator. After hardening, peel off the shells, as with an ordinary boiled egg, and put your masterpiece on a plate. Sprinkle olives between the jellied eggs.
Step 2
You can use a more traditional method of filler design - in several layers. To do this, in the first layer in a deep plate with a wide bottom, put the boiled, thinly sliced tongue or boiled fish fillet, pour the gelatin broth about 2 centimeters and send it to the refrigerator until it solidifies. Lay out the decorations in the next layer: sprigs of parsley and dill in the form of trees or a herringbone, straws of boiled carrots or flower rings, all from the same carrots, lingonberries, peas and corn. You can get creative by adding flat pineapple figures, avocado rings or orange triangles. Moreover, all this goes well with meat. The original inscriptions are obtained from the products: "Happy Anniversary!", "50 years!", "Bon appetit!" Carefully fill the drawing with gelatin and refrigerate. The last layer of aspic should be made from gelatin broth only. The dish can be served immediately after hardening by sticking a rose of tomato, onion or a spiral made of lemon peel into it.
Step 3
The jellied cake looks great when wrapped in small silicone muffin tins. The principle is the same, layer by layer, but in reverse order. The first layer is one gelatin broth, after hardening, lay out the lingonberries, peas and carrot flowers, then a layer with a circle of boiled eggs and herbs, the last layer is meat, chopped into even pieces. Let each layer freeze in the refrigerator. The last stage - after the filler has completely solidified, preheat the bottom of the silicone mold slightly with warm water, turn it over on a plate and symmetrically arrange the resulting portioned pyramids.
