- - 1 small vegetable marrow (250 g)
- - 1 egg
- - 50 g feta cheese
- - 3 tbsp. flour
- - Greens to taste

First of all, you need to prepare the zucchini. Wash it under running water and peel it off.

Next, grate the zucchini on a medium grater and discard in a colander so that all excess liquid is glass.

Take a convenient container and break an egg there, and use a whisk to lightly beat it. Add the courgette and stir well.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and rinse the greens and finely chop. Mix all ingredients.
Step 5
Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and let it warm up.
Put the dough in a frying pan with a tablespoon and fry the pancakes on both sides. They are fried very quickly, a golden crust is an indicator of readiness.
Step 6
Remove the pancakes from the pan and place them on a paper towel to keep the pancakes less greasy. The napkin will absorb excess fat. Best served hot.
