  • • Half a glass of flour
  • • Frying oil (any sunflower oil)
  • • Spices (salt, ground black pepper or another of your choice)
  • • For the sauce: sour cream (or mayonnaise) and 2 cloves of garlic

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the zucchini. A young vegetable can be used whole. If the zucchini is large enough, peel it and remove the hard seeds. Grate the zucchini, squeeze out excess moisture.

Step 2

Add 2-3 eggs to the squash mass and mix.

Step 3

Then add flour. If you want to make diet pancakes, add flour to a minimum.

Step 4

Add spices to the resulting mass of grated zucchini, eggs and flour. Salt is a must, but pepper is to your taste. If you cook for children, you can do without pepper at all.

Step 5

Start frying. Put the resulting dough in portions in a hot frying pan, greased with oil. Zucchini pancakes are fried in the same way as ordinary pancakes - until golden brown on both sides.

Step 6

The sauce for squash pancakes is traditionally served with garlic. To prepare it, add a few cloves of chopped garlic to sour cream (or mayonnaise) and mix. Don't like garlic? You can serve zucchini pancakes and just with sour cream.
