  • 200 g of beef;

  • 50 g walnuts;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of wine vinegar 6%;
  • vegetable oil - to taste (it can be replaced with unsweetened yogurt, libomayonnaise);
  • salt to taste.

Cooking instructions

  1. Boil the beef, chill. Cut into strips or fiber.
  2. Peel the onion. Shred it into half rings. Marinate in vinegar.
  3. Rinse canned beans under running water, drain in a colander. Place it in a deep bowl.
  4. Wash the bell pepper. Remove seeds. Cut the vegetable into thin strips. Send to beans.
  5. Wash the parsley, chop finely and add to the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Peel walnuts, chop the kernel, dry in a hot pan.
  7. Peel the garlic, chop the cloves.
  8. Having combined all the ingredients, season the salad with butter, yogurt, or mayonnaise.
  9. Sprinkle the salad with wine vinegar.

Before serving, Tbilisi salad should be infused for at least 30 minutes. During this time, all the ingredients are saturated with each other's aromas.
