It is necessary

  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of starch;
  • - 100 g of mayonnaise;
  • - salt;
  • - black pepper;
  • - lightly salted red fish;
  • - lemon;
  • - butter;
  • - olives (gherkins, pickled mushrooms);
  • - greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat eggs with mayonnaise and salt. Add flour and starch. Add a little pepper to taste.

Step 2

If you have olives, cut them into slices. If you have saved mushrooms for the roll, then they must be cut into slices, but in such a way that you can see the drawing of the mushroom.

Step 3

Grind the herbs in a blender. It should be very shallow. Add some dough to it.

Step 4

Place special baking paper on a baking sheet. Lubricate it with butter. Pour the rest of the dough onto the finished baking paper and make sure the amount of dough is even in all parts of the baking sheet.

Step 5

Using a teaspoon, drip some herbs onto the dough. Arrange the mushrooms or olives, depending on what you have in store for the roll. Place everything in a preheated oven. The latter should be heated to a temperature of 200 degrees. Cooking time is from 7 to 10 minutes. Be careful not to overexpose the dish in the oven.

Remove from oven and roll up immediately.

If you have fish slices, then do the following: add one tablespoon of lemon juice to butter and brush with an omelet. Put the fish and roll into a roll.

Step 8

Place the finished dish in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Then remove, cut into portions and serve.
