A solid, uncomplicated and affordable version of chicken roll, very tasty and at the same time dietary!
It is necessary
- - 1 chicken weighing about 1, 3 kg;
- - 5 cloves of garlic;
- - 25 g of granulated gelatin;
- - 2 tbsp. granular mustard;
- - salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Defrost the chicken (if you take frozen), wash, remove the skin, clean the meat from bones. Cut the bird into small cubes and place in a large bowl.
Step 2
Chop the garlic on a fine grater or pass through a press, add to the chicken. Send mustard, salt and pepper there, mix. You can leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Then mix the contents of the bowl with the gelatin (do not soak the gelatin!). Put the chicken on plastic wrap and roll tightly into a roll, preferably in several layers. Steam for 1.5 hours. Then, without expanding, cool and send to the refrigerator overnight. The next day, you can safely unfold it, decorate with herbs and serve.
