Instructions
Step 1
Wash and peel 4 medium beets and cut into neat thin strips. Raw beets have a beneficial effect on the entire body. It saturates the blood with oxygen and replaces expensive skin care procedures. However, raw beets should be eaten in moderation. And check if you are allergic to it.

Wash and peel 3 ripe pears. Core them and cut into thin strips. This fragrant juicy fruit is also generous with vitamins. Pears are especially useful for anemia, children and pregnant women.
