It is necessary

  • - 4 kg of fresh beets;
  • - 1.5 kg of fresh tomatoes;
  • - 0.5 kg of bell pepper;
  • - 0.5 kg of onions;
  • - 200 g of garlic;
  • - 200 g of granulated sugar;
  • - 200 g of nine percent vinegar;
  • - 70 g of salt;
  • - 0.5 liters of vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse and peel the beets. Grind it with a food processor or mince it and place in a large saucepan.

Step 2

Rinse the tomatoes and remove the stalks. Peel the onions and garlic. Pass through a meat grinder or chop tomatoes, onions, garlic with a combine. Add the tomatoes and onions to the beetroot pot. Place the chopped garlic on a plate.

Step 3
