To prepare this type of snack, you will need:

- tomatoes - 6-8 pieces;

- garlic - 2-3 cloves;

- sweet peppers - 2-3 pieces;

- eggplant - 1 large fruit;

- turnip onion - 1 head;

- mayonnaise - 3-4 tbsp. spoons;

- lemon.

Eggplants should be cut into pieces and pre-soaked in water and salt for a while, then squeeze and boil until soft. Take out the pieces of eggplant with a slotted spoon and put in any container, let cool completely.

Peel the onions, rinse with water and cut into pieces. Grind the onion with a blender, add garlic cloves and cooled eggplant slices to it and grind them with a blender. Season the resulting mass with mayonnaise and mix. Rinse sweet peppers, cut into small slices and mix with eggplant caviar.

- cottage cheese - 100 grams;

- garlic - 4 cloves;

- greens;

- flour for breading;

- sunflower oil for frying.

The zucchini must be rinsed, wiped off and cut into circles. Each circle should be rolled in flour on all sides and put in a hot pan with sunflower oil. Fry the zucchini on both sides, then put it on a large dish in one layer.

Cottage cheese should be mixed with finely chopped dill, mayonnaise and chopped garlic, mix everything and put in 1 tbsp. spoon for each circle of zucchini, smooth. The tomatoes should be rinsed, rubbed and cut into thick rings, put on top of the curd mass. Put some more spicy curd mass on the tomato mugs with a small slide and decorate with herbs.
