Step 1

Heat the milk a little, dilute the yeast in it.

Mix chopped butter with sugar in another bowl.

Add all the products to the bowl with butter, mix thoroughly, add the yeast dissolved in milk last.

Knead the dough and place in a warm, but not hot place for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes, beat the dough, mix and divide into about 12 servings. Roll into balls from the divided dough.

Roll each ball, put jam in the middle with a teaspoon.

The edges are pinched, the finished dough is placed in pre-oiled molds.

Step 8

Bake muffins in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Step 9

The muffins will be ready in 25 minutes. You can sprinkle with icing sugar, serve cold or hot.

It is better to eat muffins right away, they are stored no more than a day, in contrast to muffins, the shelf life of which is 3 days.
