Summer is the time for picnics, meetings with friends. To make the picnic great, you should take with you a delicious snack made from sweet and sour cucumbers. It goes well with barbecue and, of course, with strong drinks.

- - cucumber - 1 kg;
- - paprika - 1 tablespoon;
- - garlic - 3 cloves;
- - sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons;
- - soy sauce - 50-60 ml;
- - vegetable oil - to taste;
- - drinking water - 1 l;
- - sugar - 3 cubes;
- - rice vinegar - 3 tablespoons;
- - chili sauce - 3 tablespoons;
- - salt - 3 tablespoons and 2 tbsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the cucumbers in running water and cut off the ends on both sides. Use two sticks for proper slicing. Lay them along the cucumber, and use a sharp knife to make cuts obliquely. Next, turn the vegetable slices down and repeat the steps. You can leave the cucumber by cutting only one side.
Step 2
Place all the cucumbers in a deep bowl. Sprinkle with salt, use a serving of three dessert spoons. Cover the dishes with cucumbers, shake well. Leave the food to stand to let the juice stand out.
Step 3
Cook the sesame seeds, heat them in a clean hot skillet. Then grind the seeds in a mortar. Peel the garlic cloves. Crush each with the flat side of a knife and chop.
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine garlic, paprika, sesame seeds and chili sauce. Put this mixture in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil. Remove heat immediately.
Step 5
Drain the brine from the container with cucumbers, squeeze the vegetables. This must be done so that a trickle of liquid flows from the cucumbers. Then fill them with seasoning.
Step 6
In a separate saucepan, heat a quart of water to a boil, add the remaining salt and soy sauce. Do not forget about sugar cubes and vinegar, heat everything together. Pour cucumbers with hot brine. The cooled food can be immediately used as a snack.
