- - capelin caviar - 80 g;
- - butter - 50 g;
- - parsley;
- - eggs - 1 pc.

Step 1
The first thing to do is roll out the puff pastry. Then cut out small circles from it. Gently remove the center from half of the resulting circles. Thus, you get rings. Crack the egg and separate the yolk from the white. Beat the second thoroughly. Use it to connect the rings and circles. As a result, you should get something like baskets.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and send the dough baskets into it for a quarter of an hour.

In the meantime, it is necessary to prepare the filling for the volovae. Remove the butter from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature for a while. Thus, it will become soft. Combine the following ingredients in one cup: softened butter, capelin roe, and chopped parsley. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 4
Put the resulting mass into baked dough baskets using a cooking syringe. If you don't have one, you can use a simple plastic bag. Cut a corner in it obliquely, place the filling and squeeze it gently.
