Stuffing prunes is not an easy task. However, the dish is well worth the time. I suggest stuffing prunes with a delicious cheese filling. The indicated amount of ingredients is enough for 6-8 servings.

- - prunes - 500 g;
- - soft processed cheese - 200 g;
- - orange - 1 pc.;
- - raisins - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - poppy - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - cream (25-33%) - 6 tbsp. l.;
- - icing sugar - 2 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Preparing prunes. Soak prunes in cold water for 3 hours. Then rinse well and remove the pits.
Step 2
Cooking the filling. Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds and leave to cool. Then drain the water. Soak the raisins in cold water for 15-20 minutes, and then rinse well. Mix the poppy seeds with the raisins and blend the mixture until smooth.
Step 3
Remove the zest from the orange. Squeeze the juice out of the orange pulp. Combine the cheese with orange juice and then add the chopped raisins and poppy seeds. Mix well. The filling is ready.
Step 4
Gently stuff the prepared prunes with the filling. Place the prunes on a platter, garnish with powdered sugar and orange zest. Whisk the cream into a stiff froth and serve with the prunes. The dish is ready! Bon Appetit!
