If you are no longer interested in cooking ordinary snacks and you want something original, pay attention to the recipe for zucchini roll. It will take some time to prepare it, it will even take some skill. But the result will delight you - the dish will turn out to be tasty and interestingly decorated.

It is necessary

  • - 2 zucchini;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 350 g of champignons;
  • - greens;
  • - salt;
  • - pepper;
  • - onion;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 200 ml of cream;
  • - 50 g of cheese;
  • - 250 g flour;
  • - a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash the zucchini, cut off the ends. Grate. Use the latter in medium or large size.

Step 2

Separate the whites from the yolks. Add yolks, flour, baking powder, salt to the grated zucchini. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 3

Beat the whites separately, adding a pinch of salt. Enter the whipped egg whites in several steps into the courgette mixture. Mix gently.

Step 4

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Lubricate it with a little vegetable oil. Pour the resulting dough, flatten.

Step 5

Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees for half an hour. Remove from oven when the cake is ready. At the same time, it will acquire a golden, ruddy hue.

Step 6

While the cake is baking, prepare the filling. Wash and dry the mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms into cubes or strips.

Step 7

Chop the onion finely. Chop the garlic. Fry the onions, garlic, and then the mushrooms in oil. It will take about 10 minutes.

Add cream. Simmer for another 5 minutes. The mass should become thick enough. Add pepper, salt.

Step 9

Carefully separate the finished cake from the paper. Put it back, roll it up. Let cool slightly.

Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Wash and dry the herbs. Chop it finely. Put the mushroom filling on the cooled crust, unfolding it beforehand.

Step 11

Sprinkle with grated cheese and finely chopped herbs on top. Roll up the roll, holding the edges with paper. Done!
