Cooking in pots is a treasure for busy people. In addition, dishes cooked in a pot turn out to be dietary, because if you wish, you can cook dishes in them completely without fat. However, this does not make them less tasty. And besides, it's very simple and fast.
It is necessary
- - 2 kg. chicken ventricles;
- - 4 carrots;
- - 4 onions;
- - 1 parsley root, 20 gr. butter;
- - 0, 5 tbsp. sour cream, 1 bay leaf;
- - parsley, salt, black peppercorns.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the ventricles and soak them in cold water for 2-3 hours. Cut carrots into strips, onions into half rings.
Step 2
After that, put the ventricles in a pot, add bay leaves, parsley root, prepared carrots and onions. Pour all this with a mixture of sour cream and melted butter.
Step 3
Close the pot tightly with a lid and put the pot in the oven, preheated moderately. The dish is stewed for 3-4 hours on low heat. 1 hour until cooked, add salt and pepper. When serving, put the ventricles on plates and decorate with chopped herbs.
