  • - 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
  • Filling:
  • - 300 grams of minced meat,
  • - 3 potatoes,
  • - 2 carrots,
  • - 1 onion,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil.

Step 1

To make pies, you need to knead the dough on the dough. To do this, pour warmed milk into any convenient bowl, add 2 tablespoons of flour, a tablespoon of sugar and yeast to it, stir well, leave warm for half an hour.

Step 2

Melt the butter in any convenient way and cool. Add salt to the butter and beat in an egg, stir. Pour the matched brew into the resulting mixture, mix. Add flour in small portions (it is better to sift for airiness), knead the dough. Cover the bowl of dough with a towel and let it warm for a couple of hours.

The dough will rise, knead and save for the second rise.

For filling. Peel the onions and carrots. Grate the carrots, cut the onion into small cubes. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the vegetables. Peel the potatoes and grate coarsely. Combine minced meat with roasted and grated potatoes in a bowl, mix well.

Sprinkle flour on the work surface and divide the dough on it (about 3-4 parts, see for yourself). Roll each part into a large circle.
