Step 1
Rinse the plums thoroughly and boil. Remove the skins and bones from the pan during cooking. The mixture should be the consistency of thick jam.
Step 2
Grind the garlic, dill, fresh herbs, cilantro and chili in a blender. Add black pepper and salt to the resulting mixture to taste.
Step 3
Combine the plum mixture and hot mixture in one small saucepan and cook over low heat. Bring the sauce to a boil and then refrigerate.
Step 4
Ready-made plum sauce can be served separately or used as a dressing. The original taste goes well with vegetables, meat, fish and seafood.
