It is necessary

  • Cottage cheese - 2 packs.
  • Flour - 3 tablespoons.
  • 1 egg.
  • Butter - 20 gr.
  • Sour cream - 30 gr.
  • Sugar - 1 glass, but not less than half a glass.
  • A handful of raisins.
  • Sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons.
  • Semolina - 1 tablespoon.
  • Some jam.

Instructions

Step 1

First, let's process the cottage cheese a little. Don't press too hard, we want a casserole, not a cheesecake. And the cottage cheese needs ordinary, in the form of grains, although you can add a little curd mass. You need to add sugar, sour cream, flour to the cottage cheese - according to the recipe. Make the mass homogeneous. At the same stage, you can add an egg. All these are products without which crumbly curd will not stick together.

Step 2

Let's imagine that this is dough. It does not need to be lifted. It must be sugar-coated, salt if desired and add vanilla or cinnamon if you want. Then you need to check if the semolina is absorbed enough. You don't need to put too much of it, and it's better to do without it altogether. Still, this is a casserole, not a manna. It is better to cook the second type of cake in a slightly different way, according to a special recipe.

Step 3

The casserole is baked in a small amount of sunflower oil, adding a little flour. It lubricates the container. The mixture is poured into it. Sprinkle it with a little flour on top. Everything is baked in the "Baking" mode, it is designed for 40 minutes. If desired, the casserole can be turned over or turned off earlier - after 20-30 minutes. For the amount of dough that is added to the multicooker, this is enough.
