Many dishes would be too boring and tasteless if mankind had not invented many different recipes for a delicious addition to them - gravy. The sauce can add spice and emphasize the taste of spaghetti, meat, potatoes, rice and many other foods that we are used to eating every day.

- Cheese sauce with ham and peas:
- 100 g of cheese (parmesan);
- 150 g ham;
- 1 onion;
- 200 g peas (fresh or frozen);
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 150 ml of meat broth;
- 200 ml of cream;
- vegetable oil;
- seasonings and spices to taste.
- Mushroom sauce:
- 150 g champignons;
- 3 dried porcini mushrooms;
- 100 ml of meat broth;
- 1 onion;
- a teaspoon of fat sour cream;
- 3 tbsp. spoons of white wine;
- a teaspoon of flour;
- vegetable oil;
- salt
- ground black pepper.
- Meat sauce:
- 300 g of beef (pork
- chicken fillet);
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 small bell pepper;
- vegetable oil;
- tomato paste;
- salt
- spice.
Instructions
Step 1
Cheese sauce with ham and peas. Chop onion, ham and garlic finely. Lightly fry the onion in vegetable oil, then add the garlic and ham and fry until golden brown. Then add the green peas. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer for 2 minutes. Then pour in the broth and cream. Stir in the sliced cheese and let dissolve in the gravy. Add seasoning. Pour the hot sauce over pasta or spaghetti.
Step 2
Mushroom sauce. Soak dried porcini mushrooms in water for half an hour, then add them to boiling broth and cook for 15 minutes. Remove the mushrooms, chop finely, and strain the broth. Wash fresh mushrooms, peel and cut into slices. Fry them in vegetable oil, add chopped onions and fry for another five minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add a spoonful of flour and stir well, then pour in the wine. Add chopped porcini mushrooms, cover with broth. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Then add a spoonful of sour cream. This sauce is also ideal for pasta.
Step 3
Meat sauce. Cut the meat into small pieces and fry it in vegetable oil under the lid until cooked through. In a separate skillet, sauté chopped onions, then add grated carrots, finely chopped peppers. Fry until golden brown. Add vegetables to meat. Dilute the tomato paste with a little water and pour into the pan. Add in buckwheat, rice.
