  • - 4 garlic cloves;
  • - tomatoes 700 g;
  • - tomato paste 170 g;
  • - 2 bay leaves;
  • - a cube of beef broth;
  • - dried basil 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - dried oregano 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - 1/2 tbsp soy sauce spoons;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - chopped parsley 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Wash the tomatoes, dry, cut into cubes.

Step 2

Heat 1 tbsp in a skillet. a spoonful of olive oil. Fry the minced meat on it until golden brown. Then salt the minced meat, cover with boiled water, cover and simmer for 1 hour over low heat.

Step 3

In a separate skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic in it. The onion should become transparent. Then add tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaf and bouillon cube to them. Fill with a little water. Add basil, oregano, salt, pepper and soy sauce. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Then pour the sauce over the cooked meat. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Then mix them with the minced meat. Garnish with parsley on top.
