- - 30 g of garlic;
- - 120 ml ketchup;
- - 455 g tomato;
- - 260 g spaghetti;

Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the meat, dry it, cut into small pieces. Wash, peel, cut carrots. Peel, rinse and cut onions into several pieces.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, immerse them in boiling water for a few minutes, then peel them off and cut into small pieces.
Step 3
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and boil in salted water for about 20 minutes. Then drain the water, the mushrooms can be cooled a little.
Step 4
Transfer the prepared meat, mushrooms, carrots, onions, tomatoes to a blender and chop everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Pour the resulting mixture into a preheated pan with sunflower oil, add salt, pepper, ketchup and simmer over low heat for 25 minutes.
Step 6
Boil the spaghetti until tender in boiling salted water, drain the water from them. Then put the pasta on a dish and season with meat sauce, sprinkle with herbs.
