Instructions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet. Lubricate it with butter (at your discretion: creamy or refined vegetable).

Cut the sausage lengthwise into two halves, leaving a couple of centimeters uncut. For strength, to hold the ends of the sausage, if they do come apart, hold them together with a toothpick. Trim the edges of the toothpick with scissors. Now turn the sausage inside out and give it a heart shape. Fasten the other ends of the sausage with a toothpick too. Put this blank in a hot pan and fry on one side over low heat.
