It is necessary

  • - 550 g of rice;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 465 g smoked mackerel;
  • - 325 g of tomatoes;
  • - 65 g of butter;
  • - 180 g of cheese.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the rice thoroughly in cold running water at least 8 times. Boil water in a small saucepan. Salt it and pour rice into it. Boil it until tender, but do not overcook it. Then pour into a colander, rinse and let the water drain properly.

Step 2

Then break two raw eggs into ready-made rice, mix. In a special baking dish, previously greased with vegetable oil, transfer half of the finished rice and smooth it.

Step 3

Disassemble the hot smoked mackerel into small pieces, while carefully removing all the bones, even the smallest ones.

Step 4

Transfer the mackerel pieces to rice. Wash the tomatoes, remove the center, cut into small circles and lay them on top of the mackerel in the next layer.

Step 5

Put the rest of the rice with the egg on top of the tomatoes, flatten. Cut the butter into small pieces and spread them over the surface of the casserole.

Step 6

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, as much as possible. Place the dish in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
