Preparation:

2. Peel the onion, chop with a knife and fry in oil until golden brown. Wash the dill greens, shake off the water and chop finely with a knife.

3. Grease a baking dish with plenty of oil. Put half of the potato slices overlapping the bottom of the mold.

4. Sprinkle a layer of potatoes with ½ part of the fried onion and season with pepper and salt.

5. Gently remove the skin from the mackerel. Cut its fillet into large pieces, removing bones and ridge.

6. Arrange the slices of peeled fillet evenly in a mold on top of the potatoes and onions.

7. Cover the layer of mackerel with the second half of the potato slices, and sprinkle the potato slices with the second part of the fried onion.
