Wash and gut the mackerel. Cut off her head. Rub the fish inside and out with a mixture of salt, ground pepper and fish spice. Drizzle with liquid smoke, 1 tbsp each. on each side (if desired, mackerel will be more fragrant with it, and more useful without it).
Step 2
Place fish in a roasting sleeve. Pour 1 liter of water into the thicket of the multicooker. Place the fish in the sleeve in the steam tray. Set the "steaming" mode for 20 minutes.
Step 3
After the end of the steaming program, drain the water from the bowl and place the fish in the sleeve on the bottom. If you have a thermal mat, you can use it. If not, put it directly into the bowl. Set the "baking" mode for 25 minutes. Everything! Our wonderful tasty fish is ready!
