For cooking, you will need the following products:

- 120 g of fresh sour cream;

- 3 pcs. mackerel;

- 2 carrots;

- 3 tomatoes;

- 3 onion heads;

- some vegetable oil;

- salt, pepper according to your taste.

Add vegetable oil to the multicooker, heat it in the "Baking" mode. Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a medium grater. Peel the onion and chop finely. Saute the vegetables in a slow cooker until soft. Go fish. Peel all the insides of the mackerel, carefully cut off the fins and head. Then cut the fish into medium pieces, put everything in a plate, add pepper, sprinkle with salt.

Take out half of the vegetable frying from the multicooker, put the pieces of fish on the half that remains. Thoroughly grease the mackerel layer with sour cream, put the rest of the frying on top. Rinse the tomatoes, cut into small wedges and place on top of all vegetables and mackerel. Salt, sprinkle with pepper, close the multicooker and set the "Stew" mode for 50 minutes.

This dish goes well with rice or boiled potatoes.

To prepare this dish, you will need the following products:

- 3 mackerels;

- 2 small bunches of fennel;

- 2 tbsp. butter;

- 1 ripe lemon;

- pepper, salt according to your taste.

Rinse, clean and gut the fish. Cut off the fins and head. Rub the mackerel with salt, chopped fennel seeds and sprinkle with pepper. If the greens are fresh, then stuff the entire abdominal cavity with it. Take a lemon, cut it in half. Cut one into slices, squeeze juice from the other. Place two slices of lemon in the cavity of the fish, add a small piece of butter. Sprinkle the surface of the fish carcass with lemon juice.

Then carefully wrap the mackerel in foil and place in the multicooker bowl for an hour. Set the program to "Baking".

Steamed mackerel in a slow cooker

To cook fish, you will need the following products:

- 2 mackerels;

- 3 green onion feathers;

- 1 red onion;

- 2 pcs. garlic;

- 1 chili pepper;

- some fresh coriander;

- juice of one lime;

- 2 tbsp. soy sauce;

- pepper, salt according to your taste.

Peel the garlic and red onion. Rinse the green onion feathers. Put everything in a blender, add chili (no seeds) and chopped coriander, chop everything well.

Peel the mackerel, cut off the heads and fins. Rinse all fish. Gently stuff the mackerel abdomen with the onion mass, carefully temper the belly with toothpicks. In a bowl, combine the flavored lime juice and soy sauce. Place the fish in the finished marinade for 40 minutes. Then put the mackerel in a steaming container, pour 5 cups of boiled water into a multicooker. Place the container with fish in the multicooker bowl, set the “Steam cooking” mode for 35 minutes.

Serve with any vegetable salad and a glass of table wine.
