Step 1

Grind the spinach, separate the yolks from the proteins, add the yolks, cream, flour, salt to the spinach and beat everything with a blender.

Step 2

Separate the proteins, beat until foamy, add to the spinach mass, mix everything carefully.

Cover a baking sheet with baking paper and grease with some vegetable oil, pour the spinach mixture on it and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 4

Boiled egg and cheese, grate, add garlic and a little mayonnaise. Cool the finished "cake", spread with a mixture of cheese and egg and wrap the roll.
