  • Low-fat cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • Raisins - 150 g.

Preparation:

  1. Let's start by preparing the raisins. It is sorted out, washed thoroughly, and then soaked in a small container.
  2. Pour yeast, sugar and flour into warm milk (40 degrees). The mass must be thoroughly stirred and removed to a warm place.
  3. Next, you need to melt the butter to a liquid state. Vanilla sugar, eggs, salt and sugar are put in it. Everything is thoroughly mixed and poured into a suitable dough. The flour is mixed in in small portions so that a tight dough is obtained. We put it back in the warmth.
  4. Prepare the filling. Combine cottage cheese, raisins (drain the water), vanilla and plain sugar, and an egg in a cup. Mix everything thoroughly. In the event that the resulting mass is watery, you need to add a little flour or semolina to it.
  5. When the dough is good, it should be divided into 22-24 balls of roughly equal size. Use a rolling pin to make cakes out of them, and cut the edges with a sharp knife. There should be 3 cuts. One large, the second smaller and the third smallest.
