    • broth - 100g
    • dry sage - 1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

To cook duck with onions, peel the onion, pour a little salted boiling water over it. Heat the onions in a sealed container for 9 minutes at full power.

Drain the liquid. Melt half the butter (you need 2 minutes), put the onions in the butter, stir and fry on all sides for 2 minutes. Add sugar and heat for another half minute.

Prepare the duck carcass: fold it compactly and secure with a string. Melt the butter and sauté the duck on all sides on a regular stove.
