    • 2 apples;
    • 2 oranges;
    • 1 head of garlic;
    • 30 g olive oil;
    • a set of spices "for chicken";
    • a set of seasonings "for chicken";
    • salt;
    • ground red pepper;
    • black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Before roasting the duck in the oven, marinate the duck. Prepare the marinade. To do this, pour olive oil into a deep container (cup or plate), add one teaspoon of salt, spices and seasonings.

Finely grate half the cloves from a whole head of garlic. Add the garlic to the oil.

Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Cut the orange into quarters. Squeeze the juice directly into the marinade. Mix everything again and leave to infuse for ten minutes. The marinade is ready.
