Step 1
Chicken baked with lemon and garlic Wash the chicken thoroughly in cold water and let dry. Cut the lemon into thin slices. Chop the garlic. Grate the chicken thoroughly on all sides with a mixture of salt and pepper, stuff with half lemon slices, add thyme. Top the chicken with the remaining lemon and garlic, wrap in parchment paper and place in a roasting sleeve. Place in a preheated oven to 180 degrees and bake for 1-1.5 hours.
