It is necessary

  • - fish fillet 400 g;
  • - tomatoes preserved in tomato juice 400 g;
  • - breadcrumbs 4 tbsp. spoons;
  • - onions 1-2 pcs.;
  • - fresh champignons 200 g;
  • - vegetable oil;
  • - greens;
  • - ground black pepper;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the onion, wash, mince. Wash the fish fillets thoroughly, pat dry with a paper towel. Then pass the fish through a meat grinder as well.

Step 2

Add breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to the minced fish. Stir well, then form into small patties.

Step 3

Peel the mushrooms, wash, then pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices or small pieces.

Step 4

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry mushrooms in it. Then add the canned tomatoes with tomato juice. Simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes. Then put the cutlets in the pan, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Then turn the meatballs over, simmer for another 8 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs before serving.
