Kirieshki crackers are adored by both children and adults. If you want to pamper yourself with delicious crackers, you don't even have to run to the store - you can cook them at home.
The famous "Kirieshki" croutons are dried pieces of bread with the addition of spices. For their preparation, special bread is used, the structure of which is such that crackers made from it retain their crunchy properties for a long time. Cut the bread into cubes - 7-12 mm. Place the bread cubes in a deep cup. Sprinkle the soup seasoning over the bread with vigorous stirring. In this case, you need to make sure that you do not overdo it with salt. For control, a sample should be taken from time to time from the bread cubes. Place the cubes prepared in this way evenly in a thin layer on a baking sheet or pallet. Place the baking sheet with the bread cubes in the oven.
How to control the cooking process
Different croutons will have different cooking times. At the first experience, readiness should be monitored for some time. If the croutons are cooked in the microwave, they must be stirred from time to time. When drying in the oven, an empty baking sheet should be placed down under the wire rack to prevent crumbs from falling on the bottom. When the drying is over, the croutons should be cooled. This operation must be performed at room temperature.
