- flour - 3.5 cups;

- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- sunflower oil - 4 tablespoons.

Step 1
Pour kefir into a bowl and add soda to it, beat everything with a whisk until foam appears. Then add salt and sugar there and continue beating until the sugar dissolves.
Step 2
In another bowl, sift the flour with a slide, make a depression in it and gradually pour the prepared kefir into it, kneading the dough. When everything is mixed, add vegetable oil and knead the dough until smooth, it should be soft. Leave the finished dough on the table for 20 minutes.
Step 3
From this dough, make pies with any filling, for example, with liver and cabbage. Cut the dough into small balls, roll them out, place the filling and pinch the edges. Place the pies on a baking sheet with the seam down, brush on top with a beaten egg and place in the oven at 200 degrees. In half an hour they will be ready. They can also be pan-fried in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Fry verguns from the dough on kefir. Cut the rolled dough into squares or diamonds with a side of 4-5 cm, make small cuts in the middle from the corner to the opposite corner. Turn out one corner of the square along the cut - you get a vergun. This is the fastest pastry for tea.
Step 5
Steam blueberry dumplings. Prepare the blueberry filling with sugar, mold the dumplings and cook them in a double boiler for 20-25 minutes. Serve hot with sour cream. This dish can be prepared with any berry.
