Starfish is an insanely delicious holiday salad made in the shape of a star. Consists of a salad of fresh juicy cucumbers, boiled potatoes, appetizing red fish, tender boiled eggs, delicious crab sticks. The taste is delicate, light and fresh.
It is necessary
- - 200 grams of crab sticks;
- - 300 grams of potatoes;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 100 grams of cucumbers;
- - 150 grams of red fish plates;
- - sour cream or mayonnaise;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Take potatoes, wash, boil them in their skins in salted water for 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the type of potato.

Take eggs, boil them, after boiling water, it should take 10 minutes. Remove eggs and place in a container of cold water to cool. After the potatoes are boiled, peel them, grate them on a fine grater.
Step 3
Take pickled cucumbers, grate them on a fine grater, drain the released liquid. Take crab sticks and cut them into small pieces.
Step 4
Peel the eggs from the shell, grate. Take a large flat plate, toss the chopped potatoes with mayonnaise. Place the mixture on the prepared plate in the shape of a five-pointed star.
Step 5
Put the cucumbers on top of the potatoes, lightly salt, pour with mayonnaise. Put crab sticks on the cucumbers, add a little salt and pour mayonnaise too.
Step 6
Combine crushed eggs with mayonnaise and a pinch of salt. Place the mixture on top of the crab sticks. Take plates of any red fish, cover the salad with these plates.
Step 7
Carefully lay the pieces of red fish diagonally.

Cut the remaining part of the crab sticks into 1 mm pieces and arrange them along the edge like suction cups.
