    • For the chicken scallop salad:
    • 600 g of chicken scallops;
    • 300 g of cauliflower;
    • 350 g gherkins;
    • 250 g potatoes;
    • 6 eggs;
    • 300 g champignons;
    • 20 g celery;
    • salt;
    • mayonnaise.

Step 1

Wine-stewed chicken scallops Wash the chicken scallops.
