Step 1
Cook half of the skinless chicken breast until tender. Chicken breast must be pre-processed and washed. We use chicken meat, because it is recognized by nutritionists as the lowest in calories. If you want to get rid of the fat in your soup altogether, drain the broth in which the meat was previously cooked and add new water to the pot. Of course, this method of preparing a dietary soup will take a little longer.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook with the chicken. Add finely chopped onions there. If you are not a fan of onions, put the whole onion; it will add flavor and nutrients to the soup, and then you can easily get rid of it by taking it out of the soup.
Step 3
Throw the pre-washed cereals into the soup, do not forget to stir from time to time. Rice can be used, but remember that it tends to be digested slowly in the human body.
Step 4
After about 15 minutes, grate the peeled carrots or cut into slices and add to the soup. The chicken can already be removed.
Step 5
