It is necessary

- - 3 tablespoons of sour cream (low-fat);
- - 3 tablespoons of green peas (canned);
- - lemon juice, spices, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
The squids are washed in cold running water and lightly sprinkled with lemon juice on top. Place in a saucepan with slightly salted water and boil for about 5 - 7 minutes, then cool to room temperature and cut into strips.
Step 2
The potatoes are thoroughly washed, boiled in their uniforms, then cooled and peeled. Cut gently into small cubes.
Step 3
The eggs are hard boiled, the shells are removed and cut into circles. Carrots are washed, peeled and chopped into thin strips. It is advisable to rinse pickled cucumbers in water, then cut into small cubes.
Step 4
Spread squid neatly in a salad bowl, salt, pepper and add green peas. Put carrots, pickles and potatoes on top. Mix everything very carefully and season with low-fat sour cream. Before serving, you can decorate the top with boiled egg circles.
