Blueberry butter jelly is delicious! In its texture, the dessert looks more like mousse, but this is not so - there is nothing whipped in the delicacy. Therefore, the dessert is called jelly. You can take blueberries both fresh and frozen.
It is necessary
- For six bowls:
- - blueberries - 300 grams;
- - sour cream - 300 grams;
- - medium fat cream - 380 milliliters;
- - sugar - 130 grams;
- - water - 50 milliliters;
- - gelatin - 3 teaspoons.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour gelatin with cold water, set aside. Place the blueberries in a blender bowl, add sour cream, chop until smooth. You can rub the mass through a sieve to get a smoother consistency.
Step 2
Combine the cream and sugar, place on the stove, and bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from the stove, add the swollen gelatin, stir until it is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Let the creamy mixture cool, then mix it with the sour cream and blueberry puree. It is not recommended to mix with hot - sour cream can curl.
Step 4
Pour the mixture into portioned bowls, remove until solidified in the refrigerator. Two to three hours will be enough. Bon Appetit!
