For example, for a strawberry cake with a curd layer, the berry is cut into large slices and poured into jelly. It turns out not only beautiful, but also tasty, and you will have to mess around with the dough at a minimum of time, since you will have to bake only two cakes according to a simple recipe.

  • For the cake:
  • - eggs 4 pcs.
  • - sugar 200 g
  • - flour 200 g
  • - baking powder 2 tsp
  • - starch 1 tbsp. the spoon
  • For filling:
  • - cottage cheese 700 g
  • - sugar 100 g
  • - sour cream 4 tbsp. spoons
  • - gelatin 1 sachet
  • - strawberries 300 g
  • - vanillin 1 tsp

Instructions

Step 1

Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl. Gradually add the rest of the ingredients. We bake two identical cakes in a mold for 20-30 minutes.

Step 2

Cooking the filling. To do this, mix cottage cheese, sugar and vanillin with a blender. The mass should be homogeneous and airy.

Step 3

Dilute the gelatin with warm water, let it brew for a few minutes and add to the curd.

Step 4

Rinse the strawberries and cut them coarsely.

Step 5

We place one cake in a split baking dish, put strawberries on top of it. Pour the curd mass and send the future cake to the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

Step 6

When the time is up, we take out the mold and continue to shape the cake. Place the second cake on the slightly frozen filling. We decorate it abundantly with strawberries, fill in the jelly and send the dessert back to the freezer for 1 hour.
