- - 3 tomatoes (can be replaced with tomato paste or tomato juice)

Instructions
Step 1
A whole chicken carcass must be washed and divided into several parts: breast, wings, drumsticks, thighs, neck. For the preparation of chakhokhbili, you can use the resulting parts.
Step 2
My onions and cut into half rings. Then we send it to a preheated pan. It is necessary to fry the onion until transparent. While frying, you can add a little water, then the onion will turn out to be stewed.
Step 3
After the onion is cooked, we send the chicken to it. While the chicken is simmering with onions, peel and finely chop the tomatoes. We also send them to chicken and onions. We close everything with a lid and leave for 15-20 minutes. You can add water while stewing.
Step 4
After 20 minutes, add salt and your favorite spices to the almost finished chakhokhbili, you can add finely chopped garlic. We keep on fire for another 15 minutes. Everything, chakhokhbili is ready.
