Step 1

Cooking chicken hearts with cabbage. Cut off the fat from the hearts. Rinse and simmer for 10 minutes. Finely chop those cabbage, onions, grate the carrots on a fine grater, squeeze out the garlic. Melt the butter in a skillet. Put hearts, cabbage, carrots, garlic, onions on it. Mix sour cream with 200 ml of water. Pour this liquid into the pan. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Cooking salad with chicken liver. Cut the liver into small pieces. Fry them in a pan with sunflower oil for 10 minutes. Do not cover with a lid. Then mix sour cream with water, salt, spices. Pour this liquid into the liver and simmer for 15 minutes. In this form, it can be eaten with a side dish. Cool the liver for the salad. Boil the eggs and grate them on a coarse grater. Cut the tomatoes into cubes. Grate the cheese. Tear the lettuce leaves into small pieces. Mix all ingredients. Season with mayonnaise. Add croutons to the salad just before serving.
