Mannik with pumpkin in a slow cooker

You will need:

- half a bar of white chocolate;

- one glass of semolina;

- 50 grams of butter;

- half a glass of flour;

- 10 grams of baking powder;

- 100 grams of sugar;

- 100 grams of sour cream;

- 200 grams of pumpkin;

- three eggs;

- a tablespoon of vegetable oil.

Preparation

Take 200 grams of pumpkin and grate it on a coarse grater. Mix pumpkin with semolina.

Add sour cream and softened butter to the mass, mix and leave for 20 minutes (it is necessary for the semolina to swell).

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy. Gently mix the egg mass with semolina and pumpkin. Add flour with baking powder to the mixture, mix everything carefully.

Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and put the finished dough into it. Close the lid of the multicooker and set the bake setting for 40 minutes.

Over time, transfer the manna to a wide, flat dish and garnish with grated white chocolate.

Mannik with pumpkin on kefir

You will need:

- two glasses of grated pumpkin;

- 250 ml of kefir;

- 1, 5 glasses of sugar;

- 1, 5 glasses of semolina;

- 1, 5 teaspoon baking powder;

- one lemon;

- 1/2 glass of water;

- vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold).

Preparation

Grate the zest from one lemon, squeeze the juice from the lemon itself.

In a deep bowl, combine half a glass of sugar with pumpkin, then add semolina, baking powder, kefir and zest to the mixture. Whisk everything.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil, put the finished dough on it and place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 35-40 minutes.

In a metal bowl, combine water, a glass of sugar, and lemon juice. Bring the mixture to a boil and chill.

Transfer the finished manna to a tray with high sides and cover with sugar syrup. Let the baked goods stand for 20 minutes (during this time the manna will absorb all the syrup), then cut into portions and serve.
