Pea soup can be prepared in completely different ways and according to different recipes. This version of the soup is delicious and light. Family and friends will definitely ask for supplements.
It is necessary
- - 600 g of meat (for example, beef);
- - 1 tbsp. peas;
- - 1 carrot;
- - 1 PC. leeks;
- - 2 tbsp. dry roots;
- - green onion;
- - spices to taste
- For croutons:
- - bread;
- - vegetable oil;
- - spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the peas under running water and cover with water. Leave the peas in the water for a few hours until they soften.
Step 2
Rinse the beef on the bone under water and cook over medium heat. Cook the meat for 1, 5 - 2 hours. If foam forms, remove it with a slotted spoon.
Step 3
Make croutons. To do this, cut the bread into small cubes. Spread baking paper on a baking sheet and spread the sliced bread over the bottom. Sprinkle the bread cubes with butter and sprinkle with spices. Cook them in the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Then turn off the oven and leave the croutons there.
Step 4
Chop the leeks with a knife and grate the carrots. When the broth is ready, remove the beef from it and remove the bone from it. Cut the boneless meat into small pieces and send them to the broth.
Step 5
As soon as the broth has boiled, add the soaked peas to it. Pre-drain the water in which it was soaked. Boil the peas for about 15 minutes, and then add the onions and carrots to the broth. Cook the vegetables for another 20 minutes.
