Pizza is the most popular Italian dish in the world. Initially, this dish was considered the food of the poor, they spread the leftovers of their food (cheese, tomatoes, etc.) on a dough cake and baked it in the oven. Today, there are already about several dozen different types of this dish, in different countries pizza is adapted to local tastes, it is made on thin and thick, yeast and unleavened dough, with a huge number of all kinds of fillings - vegetable, fish, meat and even fruit.
It is necessary
- - 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- - 9 tbsp. tablespoons of flour (without a slide);
- - 2 eggs;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil;
- - absolutely any products can act as a filling (cheese, mushrooms, minced meat, sausage, tomatoes, bell peppers, herbs, etc.)
Instructions
Step 1
In a deep cup, knead the dough, for this we add eggs, sour cream, mayonnaise and sifted flour to it, beat the entire contents with a whisk or mixer until smooth (the dough should turn out to be liquid in its consistency).
Step 2
Cut the ingredients prepared for the filling (sausage, mushrooms, pickled cucumbers, etc.) into thin strips, chop the herbs and rub the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 3
Pour the prepared dough into the multicooker bowl greased with vegetable oil. Lay the chopped food on top in layers, sprinkle with herbs and grated cheese. If desired, the top layer of the pizza can be additionally poured with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Select the "Baking" or "Multi-cook" mode on the multicooker and set the cooking timer for 40 minutes. After the sound signal sounded, indicating the end of cooking, turn off the multicooker and let the pizza cool down a little. Then we take out the prepared dish using a steamer container.
