Pizza is a very popular treat, delicious and easy to prepare. Of course, Russian variations differ from the national Italian dish, however, in just an hour you can bake an open pie that will do honor to any hostess.
This pizza is prepared deliciously and quickly - it is quite possible to have time to cook in an hour. Cook the minced meat first. Chop the onion into quarters and sauté over high heat until golden brown. Add the carrots grated on a coarse grater and roast over low heat, covered. When the carrots become soft, put the minced meat or chicken in the same pan and continue to fry over low heat, stirring all the time with a fork, for no more than 5 minutes. You need to salt the minced meat at the very end of frying, otherwise it will prematurely juice and become dry and tough.
Leave the minced meat to cool and start preparing the dough. In 0.5 liters of kefir, dissolve a teaspoon of soda without top, the same amount of salt and a tablespoon of sugar. Melt a pack of margarine in a water bath and pour into kefir. Gradually add the sifted flour, stirring it with a spoon. The dough should be very soft and sticky to your hands. Moisten your palms with vegetable oil, place the dough on a heated, oiled baking sheet and flatten.
Lay the filling in layers: cooled minced meat or diced sausage, onions thinly chopped in halves, tomato slices or tomato sauce, grated cheese. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. When the dough is lightly browned, reduce the heat to 100 degrees, and after 10 minutes - to 70 and bake until tender.
