It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 150 ml of water;
- - 300 g flour;
- - 50 g baking powder for dough;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil.
- For filling:
- - 3 tomatoes;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
- - a pinch of basil;
- - 100 g mozzarella;
- - 100 g salami or bacon;
- - 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour and baking powder, add water, salt and olive oil to them. Knead the dough. Add a little more water and flour to make the dough very elastic. Leave it at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Roll out a flat cake no more than 1 cm thick from the dough. Put in a frying pan with refractory handles, after sprinkling it with olive oil, and put it on low heat. This will brown the bottom of the pizza even before placing it in the oven, so the dish will cook much faster.
Step 3
While the pan is heating, place the sliced tomato slices, salami and mozzarella on the dough. Season with salt, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with basil and fennel seeds.
Step 4
Set the oven to the grill setting. Preheat it well and place the pizza pan in it. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is browned and the cheese is melted. Serve the finished pizza hot.
