Step 1
Melt margarine in the microwave and mix with sour cream. Add salt, flour, and vinegar-quenched soda.

Form a ball of dough, wrap in plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for an hour.

Finely chop the meat and onion. Grate the cheese, cut the mushrooms into halves.

Fry the meat and onions in vegetable oil, cool, mix with half the cheese and mushrooms. Season the mixture with mayonnaise and ketchup.
