Chicken with vegetables and herbs
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken thoroughly, let the water drain and pat dry with a napkin or towel.

Stir in salt and black pepper and rub the chicken with this mixture.
Step 4
Wash the rosemary, dry it and place it in the abdominal cavity of the chicken.

Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake for about an hour.

Combine buttermilk with two tablespoons of vegetable oil, ground red pepper, and brush over chicken from time to time.

Peel and wash the potatoes. Remove the stalk, seeds from bell pepper and rinse under running water too. Cut the potatoes and peppers into cubes.
